I had severe nausea and stomachache about 3 hours after consuming a Big Tasty.
Then diarrhea, vomiting, and fever.

Suspected source: Their Hash browns
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours

I had a Big Mac yesterday and when I was in my way home I started to feel symptoms of food poisoning once home I had a fever and kept throwing up as well as feeling nauseous all afternoon I slept all day due to how horrible I felt  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever

Eat mac do on the go during a business trip, all afternoon: nausea, stomach cramps. In the evening it still didn't go away, I vomited all evening. Nothing to swallow the same evening
