I had stabbing stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea, and severe vomiting a few hours after a small chocolate milkshake. I vomited all night and had a fever of 38.3°C the next day. After an ibuprofen, my fever went down. #mcdonalds #deutschland #übelkeit #erbrechen #schmerzenimmagen

She ate a mc first chicken and a happy meal (nuggets, potatoes and nectarine whose expiration date is 09/08/22 so today...)  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Mac first fish and 280 accompanied by coke zero and fries, 1h15 after the meal I had a stomach ache. For a whole night diarrhea and even a fever. One day off work. Sore intestines for 15 days. Mc Donald called me and promised me news that I never received.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain

It was terrible, a few hours after we shared a vegan burger, we both got terribly sick, then we would have to vomit convulsively several times. The whole thing lasted longer than 48 hours!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
