I ate a mcdouble an fries an within 30 minutes i felt like i was literally going to die. My heart rate went up, i felt nauseous to a point where i couldn’t see. I went super weak out of no where an had a hard time breathing an talking! Im never eating fast food again!!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Weakness

Beef burger on the on Friday 7 th may . The sample has come back from the hospital and confirmed food poisoning. One person got sick . The symptoms started same day . The person went to hospital where the sample has today came back positive for food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
