Not sure if it was the lack of hygiene of the majority of the employees, the fact that the pizza is only in the oven for a couple minutes and possibly does not kill all of the harmful bacteria in the meats/veggies, or a combination of both… See more

Third time there. All three times, stomach cramps, gas and diarrhea. Third time’s no charm. No more MOD for me. Never bothers my wife. She always does a pesto base. I did tomato with pesto this time. Done.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas, Cramps

Had a salad w Romain and arugula and all the fixings. Also had Caesar dressing.

Left side kidneys were super sore and couldn’t sleep, turned into violent vomiting and nausea and diahrea for over 5.5 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
