I had orange chicken, mushroom chicken, and chow mein. Onset of nausea and vomiting around 3 hours after eating. For the past 12 hours I have had fever, Sweats, And constant diarrhea and puking. Found a green bug in my kungpao chicken plate. It was really small and could’ve missed it but this bug look like the bugs on my roses so it was easy for me to spot. It had little legs too  | Symptoms: Something else
