Ate a half order of Thai chicken salad and a frontega chicken panini sandwich at 7:45 pm inside the restaurant. At 9:15 pm I started feeling terrible cramps in my stomach and a painful bloating. By 9:25 I had diarrhea that lasted till 9:45.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Bloating, Stomach Pain

Immediately after eating the macaroni and cheese I felt nauseous and my stomach hurt but it wasn’t as bad. The next morning I was fine and then all of a sudden I couldn’t even stand and was sweating and then started throwing up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Had the frontega chicken sandwich with Gouda and avocado added For lunch. I first started to feel nauseous quickly followed by the worst headache of my life. I have a old prescription for Zofran so I took an 8mg tab to keep me from vomiting. My stomach and gut are churning and cramping so much.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Stomach Pain
