I ate around 5pm yesterday September 4, 2016. I ordered a large Hawaiian bbq pizza. About half an hour later I felt my stomach turning and hurting. I had diarrhea and threw up at the same time. Not pretty. And not a great experience. Scared to order from papa johns again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ordered a large bacon and extra cheese pizza on 10/23. Next 3 days were the sickest of my life. Lost days from work and wasn't able to eat anything again for 3 days... My girlfriend also had the same pizza but only had 1 splice where as I had 4. She had a fever and nasua but that was all.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
