I ate Pick up Stix House Chicken and cream cheese won tons for lunch on 7/23/18. Later that night I had terrible cramping, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. I did not have any other food that day so I know it was from there.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Had the lunch portion house special chicken. I had nothing to eat prior. About two hours after eating I became seriously ill. Vomited until 2am. I almost went to the emergency room.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Today at 1:08pm my wife and I purchased 2 House Special Chicken orders. Two hours after my wife ate half her portion she became violently ill. It's 11pm and she is still vomiting. If she doesn't get better I may have to send her to the hospital.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
