I had chicken strips with red beans and rice side: developed stomach upset and cramping within 1 hour. Chills, nausea, and significant vomiting later in the evening. Mild diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Cramps

Ate fried chicken, biscuit and Cole slaw 5pm Saturday. Nausea started the next morning, progressing got worse through the day with fever, chills and diarrhea. It is now Tuesday 8:00 am and I am still messed up and need to go to work! I am very upset!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Chills

I ate a spicy chicken sandwich and some fries. I should’ve known better, as I watched an employee walk into the kitchen still smoking a cigarette, and overall incredible confusion amoungst employees in the restaurant. Not a very clean spot  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Confusion
