Not sure but we did come to the conclusion after the dr asked us what was the last thing he ate. We had chicken tenders and coleslaw. He was the only one to eat the coleslaw and the only one sick. It happened on Sat 4/16/22,

I picked up 2 chicken tenders combos for my friend and I. and we both ate 1 chicken tender each and a little bit of fries. then 30 minutes later, we started feeling hot and cold, and nauseated. We threw up at least 5-7 times that night within a 5 hour time frame.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Within 30 minutes of eating the sandwich combo(1045) I had sharp abdominal pain and nausea. I have since vomited 4 times since. Still almost 8 hours later I am still vomiting . This is the only thing I have eaten today. This is the location.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain
