On my three most recent visits maybe a week apart each I have got diarrhea from eating The Box Combo. I always eat the whole meal, so I can't assume what part of it is causing this. I haven't really felt pain or nausea, but this is a pattern now. Gonna have to stop buying it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

i have been nauseous and having an upset stomach since last night it started badly around 3 am with reflux pain and i’m trying to get it out of my system the only way to do that is probably throwing up i’m waiting for it yo come up  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Acid reflux

i had the three finger combo for lunch today and started feeling hot shortly after. didnt question it until a few hours later, took my temperature and wasn't running a fever. cranked the ac, put a cold washcloth on and tried to go to bed. woke up an hour later and vomited.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever

I ate there 2 days in a row. After the last day my stomach hurts so bad. I could barely move and I barely had the strength to get up. My lower stomach hurts, I was sweating, and constipated.
