I ate the chili dog and fries. The chili dog tasted a bit funny but I was so excited to eat it as my cheat food cause I'm cutting back of fast food. I should of just passed on this cheat food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Got the chicken and fries box deal, went to sleep and woke up an hour later shivering horribly from fever and needing to puke, family friend also had the same thing from this item with no contact with us in that time period or the week leading… See more

Hospitalized on Thursday morning. Most terrible stomach pain (which could not be treated in ER for over four lasted hours, because there is no immediate test to identify food poisoning.)  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
