Additional information: I chose 12-24 hours because I started getting sick at 4 am this morning.

After eating sushi from Sam’s Club I felt very ill and started vomiting. I threw up at least seven times. My boyfriend also had the sushi and was very sick. Throwing up at least 15 times and having diarrhea. We both ran a fever of 100.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
