I had a little of many different things so Im not sure what did this to me. Two hours after my abdominal had extreme pain which then my nausea began with me throwing up for 12 hours straight. I got very dehydrated and lythargic .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I went out to lunch with co-workers and once I arrived home I had hot and cold chills, high fever, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea! When I contacted my coworkers to see if they had any symptoms..they all said they suffered the same symptoms!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
