On 12/7/2017, I made my visit to this Souplantation with three other friends around 8:15PM. I only ate a plate of salad and two bowls of Chicken Noodle Soup so something in the salad ingredients really got me sick. 11-20-2017 I had dinner with my family and around 2:00AM the next day I was very sick. I believe it was the soup I ate as no one else got sick and I was the only one that had that soup. I believe it was Bean and Lentil but I may be wrong.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
