I ate a SB panini yesterday for lunch, at midnight I woke up with a pain in my stomach.I spent an hour throwing up and diarrhea.I tried to lay down but repeatedly visited the bathroom until 2pm...it was exhausting.My stomach isn't 100% yet, I'm currently under a blanket hoping it will go away.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a spicy Italian panini from Starbucks in Springfield, Massachusetts. I ate most of the sandwich then noticed an odd flavor covered by the spicy peppers. Opened it up and the salami was GREY. my friend and I ate the spinach turnover at yvr domestic departures immediately felt wired buy it wasn't until about and house later we felt ill and k ew it was the turnovers since we had both had the same thing.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
