Me and my partner had a turkey and ham sub, the weather has been exceptionally hot in the uk at the minute, meats were left uncovered. We have since been very poorly even going to hospital. Vomiting for 24 hours straight.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Had a meatball sub, ended up with a stomach virus and had to take 2 days off work and miss a college class day. I feel like I have an alien inside me about to pop at any time and devour us all.
