Ordered a 15cm tuna sub and I started vomiting 3 hours later and have vomited 6 times since curled up in my hotel bed! With diahrea and stomach cramps! The subs look really different here will never order tuna again 😭  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

Only vegetable I had on my sub was cucumbers and that's definitely what's causing my illness. Had the sub last night for dinner, woke up with diarrhea and vomiting.
