I ordered a Mexican pizza and a steak grilled cheese burrito. I ate it and about 2 hours after I had abrupt horrible stomach pains, nausea, mucus discharge, lightheadedness. I feel so awful I could cry  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain

Picked up 4 Mexican Pizzas on today, July 3, 2023. I ate 2 and my boyfriend ate 2. The food had
