Got 4 rolled chicken tacos with spicy ranch and nachos cheese with a large Dr Pepper. Ate at about 10:30pm stomach was feeling upset by about 12. I could tell the food wasn’t sitting right because I kept burping and tasting rolled chicken tacos way after it… See more

Taco salad, Ate taco salad had 430 pm around 630pm nausea fever them vomit and then diarrhea it last for about 12 hours the diarrhea on and off last about 24 hours  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Nausea
