Ordered some fiery tacos off of Grubhub and when it arrived I ate it then a few hours later I started feeling nauseous and my head spun. Later the next day which is today (06/06/19) I went to work puked! And was sent home because of tacos from there.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

One order of pintos and cheese
The onset of symptoms was approx 2 days.

After eating, within an hour of eating two tacos, a cheesy Gordita crunch, and fiesta potatoes. I developed diarrhea, intense gas and stomach pain with intense cramping and a headache, My mom got sick too with gas pain and cramping.
