I went to tacobell around 11:30am on 02/04/2017 I got the new chicken taco box I ate it and about an hour later I started to feel very ill I had to run to the restroom all day while at work and now it's Monday 02/06/2017 and I still feel sick but I am going to see a doctor  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Empanadas made my mouth burn in a weird way. Felt bloated and nauseated after eating, it got worse and worse until I started vomiting. Felt much better after getting it out of my stomach, stomach was a little iffy the next day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating

I ate 4 soft taco supremes with a packet of hot and fire sauce on each. This is my go to meal at Taco Bell. I eat at this TB location regularly as it is near my office and I have never had a problem before.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
