11-11-16 went in for the Veterans Day lunch, after lunch I became very ill. Repeatedly threw up. Worst Veteran's Day/birthday of my life! Threw up so much until there was nothing but bile coming up.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Bile

Had dinner here on Friday night, was sick all of Saturday and Sunday. I had the chicken critters with honey mustard, a house salad, -'d sweet potato. Also had a Jamaican cowboy margarita.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I ate the 6 oz sirloin, baked potato and a small bit of Caesar salad. Been up all last night with diarrhea and nausea. Can barely stand straight. If continues I will consult dr.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
