I got dinner on 11/08/2024, an hour later I got food poisoning symptoms, went to Stat Care Urgent Care 11/09/2024 to confirm that it was food poisoning and was advised to report it  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
