I had a large chick salad with romaine last week for dinner..Later that night I felt uneasy with stomach pains...I had a fever...I went to the washroom and had flu and diarrhia..Only once..Thank god...The next day I was ok..But I'll never eat sales with romaine from wallmart again..  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever

I bought Ranch from this location. Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch lat night and have become very ill within a few hours of consuming. Same thing happened to my sister in law.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Purchases Great Value bottled water from wal mart in Grenada MS today one of the bottles tops had two little puncture holes in it looked like it may havebeen injected with something. Scared me I saved the top and got rid of all the rest of the water bottles.
