roast beef sandwich I got there and ate around 6:30pm last night. I started getting stomach cramps at 1:00am followed by vomiting and diarrhea. I have been nauseous today and am still experiencing some cramps.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Nausea
