One week ago, I ordered a few beef hamburgers patties with literally nothing on them. Later that night I started have flu like symptoms (chills, nausea, aches). Woke up in middle of night with diarrhea and although flu symptoms have stopped the diarrhea hasn’t stopped for a week now.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Chills

Had the new Italian chicken melt and chilies ate part of sandwich. It didn't taste right. The chili was watered down. Most likely left overs from night before. Later on about 3 hours didn't feel good. Had severe pain in back , stomach. Chest and vomiting ( chili specifically). Bad night.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
