I ate the Spicy Nuggets and a Crispy Chicken Sandwich from my 444. I have experienced severe stomach pain followed by diarrhea and vomiting back and forth. This was the only meal I had today at around 4pm and everything came out by 11  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

3 out of 4 of my family members had this and we're all sick. The other family member who did not have it is just fine. After making a social media post regarding the sickness, and 6 other people who have also consumed within the last two days are I'll with the exact same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate a spicy chicken sandwich from there and I've had diarrhea for the past 2 days because of it. I can tell it's specifically from that sandwich because it burns when I go to the bathroom and I've had no other spicy foods since then.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
