Boyfriend and I went to Wendy’s after I got off work and got a #6 Spicy Chicken and a #1 Dave’s Single. Towards the end of our meal we began feeling a little nauseous, but dismissed it being either we ate too much or too quickly. Woke up today for work and the vomiting/diharea will not end!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
