Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
Suspected source: I had this yesterday, and I woke up the next morning puking and pooping at the same time, along with intense stomach pain and cramps

6/14/23 Had dinner at this fast food restaurant last evening Ate the food about 6 pm and woke up about 1 am with cramping abdominal pain with nausea and vomitiing about 1/2 hour later. Was able to go back to sleep without further issures.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps

Chilli made me very sick. Tried calling the restaurant and no one picked up. Corporate was indifferent. Others who ate the Chilli experienced the same problem. These were employees off my business so we shut down for the night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
