My mother and I ate at zaxbys, 2 cobb salads with chicken. Sick for days. Very intense stomach pain. This happened in peachtree city zaxbys at 201 worth ct. Extreme stomach pain, diarrhea, fever, and nausea. What was eaten was cobb salad with fried chicken. Symptoms still 5 days later.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever
