Ate a Zaxby's salad Nov 23. Vomited throughout night and next morning. Admitted to Northside Hospital 24th. Tests showed E coli and given IV fluids and prescription anti biotic Lasted a week  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Stomach hurting then vomiting .
I also ate same place last month and got sick same symtoms .
