Ate chicken burrito at 11:30 am on 1/31/2020, became sick while eating the burrito. Felt fine before. Excruciating abdominal pain, vomiting, nausea, dizziness, fatigue for over 7 hours.

ordered a burrito bowl with practically everything on it, there were some inexperienced teenagers manning the food, i should have paid more attention, it didn’t look like they were very good at their job
