在 2 月 3 日上午 11:30 订购了午餐。未婚夫和都生病了。下午 5 点左右开始感到恶心，到下午 6 点时呕吐，肌肉疼痛，然后整晚转为腹泻，但还生病了。向商店经理报告了食物中毒
