大概一年以来我第一次讨厌含有番石榴、平托豆和红莎的牛排卷饼。我吃了晚餐然后几个小时后去睡觉，半夜醒来，我的 stoumach 发出奇怪的噪音，不得不去洗手间。我现在已经患了 stoumach 疼痛和腹泻了 3 天，绝对是由此产生的。
