2017 年 8 月 11 日晚上 9 点 45 分左右，我订购了一个素食卷饼，里面有两种豆子、没有乳制品或鳄梨调味酱。我吃了一半的墨西哥卷饼然后第二天早上因腹泻醒来。没有把腹泻和我的晚餐联系起来，我在晚上 7 点左右吃了另一半。我整晚都在呕吐然后恶心。我发冷和发烧了。我再也不会在这里吃饭了。

Lunch on 7/30/2017. Burrito bowl w/ brown rice, black beans, carnitas, pico and guacamole. Symptoms began around midnight. I had (5) episodes of vomiting and diarrhea throughout the night and (3) the next day. As I was unable to keep jello and water in my system I…
