I ordered the kale Cesar around lunch time and about 4 hours later I was terribly sick. My stomach pains were unbearable and I felt unnervingly nauseous. I was up all night on the toilet and am finally feeling better today - just little fatigued and minor stomach pains.

Ate on Sunday 5/19 around 6pm. A few hours later felt nauseous and had intense diarrhea & vomiting every 20ish minutes until 5am. D&V continued through the next day ever 45/60 minutes with high fever (102.5). Went to dr and was sent to ER. Fever continued and…
