从农产品区买了有机西兰花，吃了，几个小时后出现了弹丸呕吐、腹泻、恶心。不完全确定它来自西兰花，但这是我生病前最后吃的东西。一周后我还有胃部问题。

今天，金色猕猴桃只有我在家里吃猕猴桃。我两天前吃了晚饭后得了腹泻。我以为不是猕猴桃，但是今天我有了 2 个，真的生病了，不停地呕吐和腹泻。

Cooked Prepped Salmon package with seasoned butter balls in aluminum tray until well done / kind of dry for dinner. Woke up today 3/21/18 with nausea, vomiting throughout the day today. Can't keep food down at all. Hoping that stomach will settle with time and water.
