我在7月8日（周三）下午3点左右吃了In n Out汉堡，第二天早上我的胃感到不舒服。整个上午我的肠胃难以忍受地翻腾，并且出现了强烈的恶心感。这种情况一直持续到今天（7月10日，周五），尽管我感觉比过去两天好多了。

4 点吃了回家开始猛烈呕吐。拿了 Pepto Bismol 然后也把它扔掉了。现在是晚上 9 点。能喝一口水明天得请病假然后解雇一整天的新员工，没有病假非常沮丧！

12 月 26 日星期一下午 3 点 30 分左右，我订购了动物蛋白风格的芝士汉堡。还有一些加番茄酱的薯条。我还有一杯加粉色柠檬水的冰茶。晚上 10 点 45 分，我呕吐了腹泻。它来得很快，之后我马上就感觉到腰带了。

我昨晚去了，有奶酪汉堡蛋白质风格并要求辣椒... 我总是得到它们。2 个月前我打了霓虹黄色。而且今天早上我昨晚吃了辣椒之后也吃掉了，它也是明亮的黄色

I ate at 8:00pm on 2/11/2019 and got food poisoning from double double animal style and French fries. The 3 other people in my group got sick as well.

June 17 Double double with fries at 4:30 pm. 10 pm. Nausea, fever, and diarrhea. Still sick 12 hours later.

I got a #1 about 45mins sho from in-n-out soon as I finished eating I vomited all my food and I keep vomiting I feel super nauseous and I have a fever 103.4 I think something was in my food

I had a a double single with grilled onions and pickles, ketchup, lettuce and tomato and some fries. I had a few bites of just a hamburger patty from my son’s hamburger. It had a funny taste and I quite eating it immediately. I didn’t say anything…
