I ate 10/22/19 I had the bread, Caesar salad and french onion soup. Before heading to bed my stomach was growling and in some pain. Later on during the night I woke up in a complete sweat, stomach cramps, severe nausea and diarrhea.

Ate lunch there on 4/8/19 around 2pm boyfriend had mashed potatoes and short ribs. Everyone else had salad, Mac and cheese, steak or burgers, everyone shared everything except the mashed potatoes. Came home, all had the same homemade dinner. Shortly after supper around 8pm, boyfriend became violently…
