maintain proper food temperature, failure to separate raw animal foods, having food past its date marked expiration, storing a toxic substance near clean utensils, accumulation of food debris on food-contact surfaces and failure to have a chlorine chemical test kit. The store was reopened the next day after meeting inspection standards.
