Had the beef nachos with sour cream and salsa. Was here about 5pm and a little before 10pm is when the symptoms hit me hard.

We had Italian nachos and garlic Parmesan fries. About 3 hours after eating we both got stomach cramps and severe diarrhea., 2 of us got sick. We ate the same thing (shared). Was within 3 hours of eating
