昨天有带鸡肉的荞麦面碗。不久之后，我开始感觉抽筋随着时间的推移而恶化。整晚都在呕吐。整个晚上至少扔了七次。醒来时头痛、潮热和腹泻。

Ate tomato soup and 1/2 cheese/turkey sandwich. Got severe diarrhea about 1 hour later.
