我和家人一起吃了玉米饼汤、浓汤、墨西哥卷饼、巧克力菠萝作为午餐，4 小时后开始情况非常糟糕，每个人都有腹泻，感觉难过，但最糟糕的肯定是我身上，我整晚都在呕吐、腹泻、脱水，而且我正在母乳喂养宝宝，所以情况是 100% 最糟糕的，在哪里可以提出索赔？

I had chicken artichoke soup; water with lemon. Felt sick the next morning with bad headache. Then had diarrhea, then vomited. My head still hurts and don’t think it’s over.

My boyfriend and I went out for my birthday dinner, ordered two rib-eye steaks. By the next night, we both had horrible abdominal cramping and began throwing up and had diarrhea. This continued for three days.
