Ate around 9pm last night. Had a single with cheese and fries. Burger tasted different than usual but I didnt care cause I was hungry. Diarrhea started this morning at 730am. Ive been in and out of the bathroom since and I am super nauseous.

Ate a grilled chicken sandwich with baked potato. Throwing up & diarrhea. Feel terrible and have the sweats. The chicken definitely tasted weird

Became violently ill at work could not stop vomiting nausea and sometimes could not make it to the restroom. I really get sick and I eat healthy my wife and I both had chili from this Wendy's and within hours from each other while she was at…

I had a normal cheeseburger and fries, I felt sick almost immediately after finishing eating.
