- comments: 2-501. 11 observed no adequate supplies on site to respond to vomit and diarrhea clean up. Instructed to provide. Priority foundation 7-38-005.
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: 6-301. 14 observed no hand washing signs located at the hand washing sinks in the rear food prep area and in the toilet rooms. Instructed to provide.
22. Proper cold holding temperatures
- comments: 3-501. 16(a:2,&b) observed time/temperature control for safety foods at an inadequate cold holding temperature in the 3 door refrigerator; about 50 cartons of egg whites at 53f, about 15 containers of cottage cheese and sour cream at 54. 7f, and 3 gallons of milk at 55f. Instructed person in charge to discard and denature said items and always maintain all cold holding tcs foods at 41f or below at all times. Manager discarded said items during the inspection. Priority violation 7-38-005.
33. Proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control
- comments: 4-301. 11 observed a 3 door refrigerator, with tcs foods inside, not maintaining a proper cold holding temperature of 41f or below during the inspection. At the time of the inspection said refrigerator was only maintaining 55f. Instructed to always maintain all cold holding units at 41f or below at all times. Said unit tagged and held for inspection by the department of health and may not be used. Priority violation 7-38-005.

- comments: 3-601. 11 observed no ingredient labels on the prepackaged desserts located for sale in the reach in cooler located in the customer service area. Instructed to provide.

- comments: 4-302. 14 observed no chemical test strips on site to properly test the sanitizing compartment of the 3 compartment sink. Instructed to provide. Priority foundation 7-38-005.
