- comments: observed employee improperly washing dishes. Found three compartment sink not set up while employee wash dishes (metal containers). Instructed manager to provide to properly set up three compartment sink for wash, rinse, and sanitizing. Sink was set up after notified. Priority violation 7-38-025, citation issued

- comments: observed no probe stem thermometer for taking food temperatures. Must provide. Priority foundation 7-38-00, citation issued
39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed a bin of sugar used to replenish self service coffee station in aisle of facility. Instructed to relocate to protect product from possible contamination and maintain.
44. Utensils, equipment & linens: properly stored, dried, & handled
- comments: observed four sheet trays stored on the floor leaning against shelfin the storage area across from the dishwashing area. Instructed to refrain from storing cooking equipment on the floor.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed on of the lids on the outdoor garbage receptacle slightly damaged. Instructed to replace or repair.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed the floors in the dishwashing area and food prep area in need of cleaning. Instructed to clean and maintain.
