October 30th, 2015 At Approximately 12 Noon I Had Ordered A Burrito With White Rice, Green Peppers & Onions, Double Steak And Chicken, Extra Sour Cream, Cheese And Lettuce And My Mother Had A Bowl With Brown Rice, Pinto Beans, Green Peppers & Onions, Light Corn & Tomatoes, Sour Cream, Cheese And Lettuce. Went Home To Eat Then My Mother Had Asked Me Did The Sour Cream Taste Funny To Me And That It Tastes Too Sour To Her. I Didn't Think Anything Was Wrong With The Sour Cream So I've Ate All Mines And 1/2 Hour Later I Had Threw Up A Lot For A Good 15 Minutes. My Head Was Pounding Afterwards So I Had Took A 2 Hour Nap, Woke Up And Threw Up Again But Not As Much As I Did The First Time. Me And My Mother Had Spoke To The Supervisor On The Phone So We Will Be Getting A Full Refund Tomorrow Morning From That Location And Wont Be Eating From There For A While. I Love Chipotle But That Was Like My First Time Ever In My Life Getting Food Poisoning Especially From There I Was Shocked. | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
