I ate a burrito with chicken, rice, black beans, green salsa, mild salsa, wilted nasty looking lettuce, sour cream, and cheese yesterday at noon.. I didn’t feel hungry the rest of the day so I didn’t eat anything else the rest of the day. At about 4 am this morning I woke up with diarrhea and felt Sick.. I’ve been throwing up and going diarrhea non stop since.. I have had this exact same sickness only from Chipotle in the past a hand full of times so I know it’s Chipotle! The other thing I had was my normal cup of tea for breakfast yesterday so it’s been pinpointed to Chipotle. My son had a bowl of rice and husband had a very basic burrito with only chicken sour cream and cheese they are both fine. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
