I ordered the beef/carnitas burrito bowl (no rice, no beans) with lettuce, my sister in law ordered chicken burrito bowl (no rice, no beans) with lettuce as well. We both had pretty much the same thing just different protein, who knows what ingredient made us sick.Next day, we felt sick around the same time...started with a headache and felt really weak, once we started feeling sick everything just progressed so quickly (vomitted, diarrhea, chills, mild fever). We both had no idea how we got sick, and the rest of the family was fine. Obviously, because only both of us had it, nobody else did.
I reported this to the head office, I got a call back from the US, sadly he didn't give a damn about it, he made it sound like I was making a big fuss and because "nobody else reported that they got sick", for $22, it's really not worth my time (or ANYONE) to make a false claim for a free meal.
I had to ask him to refund me, he wasn't even apologetic.
just because you get a lot of customers all the time does not mean you should have such bad attitude especially towards those who got sick from eating your food.
